5580	Distance reported by measurement plugin is different from status line	holgermappt	team	I can draw a line in JOSM and the length of that line in meters is reported in the status line on the bottom, e.g. 100.0 m.  But the measurement plugin displays a length of 99.85 m for the same line.  Why is there a difference?  What is the right length?  Tested with JOSM 3592 and measurement plugin 22547.
