5536	Paste glitch?	25or6to4	team	I have been copy/pasting a point (a wind generator) in numerous places.  When I get done with a wind farm, I trash the data layer and download a new area.  When I try to paste my still-copied wind generator, it doesn't paste where the mouse is at, instead pasting somewhere off screen, assumed to be a paste point in the previous data layer.  Now if I leave the off-screen paste point, select copy, then unto the bad paste and start pasting again, it pastes the point at the mouse pointer again and works fine.  Glitch or operator error?	defect	closed	normal		Core		wontfix
