547	download URL box change not noticed	tsok	framm	"When I paste a URL into the download window's ""URL from www.openstreetmap.org"" box (from a permalink at informationfreeway.org for example), it isn't always noticed. I.e. the contents of the min/max lat/lon boxes don't change, until I manually change something in the URL in box. If I don't change anything and just hit OK after pasting the URL, the download viewport (the yellow box) changes to cover the whole world and nothing is downloaded.
