5445	plugins, automatic update does not work	skyper	team	"I did not use JOSM for 3 weeks.

Today I downloaded latest (r3522) and started it, but it did not update the plugins with ""always update without asking"" and a time_interval=1 day set in prefs.

I think it did not download the new plugin-list, but I am not sure.
