the following type of work of the Presets-Menu (e.g. Restrictions or Road Attributes) in JOSM is very bad:

if I have select a way (with the existing tag oneway) and I call the Presets Restriction-Dialogbox for setting a new tag MaxSpeed=30 the existing tag oneway was deleted after leaving the dialog box.

Is it possible to preset existing tags of the element in the dialog box or keep the existing tag and don't delete all empty fields (for aware deleting of existing tags there is the ""Delete"" button in the panels)
