5020	Download under object and Download a grid	MikeyCarter	team	"1.  When processing a CanVec tileset I download the area around the tileset so I can remove any duplicates on the joins or other objects that already exist.   The areas are usually do big to download in one shot.  It would be nice to be able to select a grid, and have JOSM automagicly divide the download into smaller chunks and download the selected area.

2.  When processing something I missed I may have a single line (never straight) or non square object.   It would be nice to have a feature to download near and object which would download small grids under the object automagicly.   Again so I can remove any duplicates and verify the object doesn't already exist.


And if the feature already exists, sorry for the duplicate ticket, and can you show me where the feature is... as I've been searching with no luck.
