Steps to reproduce:
- create new relation
- attributes: type=multipolygon; landuse=grass
- some outer ways should close an area

Expected output:
- the area should be marked according to landuse=*

Actual output:
- no marking at all

If I now change the name of the relation to something (name=bla) the area will be displayed correctly, also after deleting the name-tag."	defect	closed	normal		Core	tested	invalid	multipolygon relation
