4404	Contents of layer-list not shown	skyper	team	"I merged 2 osm-file with a closed conflict-list. I got the information about many conflicts. Opening the conflict-list does not show any.

The same behaviour happens with the file-list. Openning 2 files with a closed/hidden file-list, does not show the files in that list at all.

All these list were previously empty. This happens with version 2877 and 2878.
