4381	Crash on 'Open'	deadly_risk	team	"What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Run JAR file
 2. Click the 'Open' icon, or go to file -> 'Open'
 3. Crash & Burn

What is the expected result?
A dialog box prompting me to select a file to open.

What happens instead?
It produces a crash pop-up box asking me to file this ticket.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This crash happens whether or not a download OSM data first.
