Example:

Suppose there is a way running from A-B-C-D-E, road name Road1.

If I want a new way, and select node B, then select the draw node tool, and click node C I get a new way started, this is what I expect.


If instead, I wanted a new way, and select node A, then select the draw node tool, and click node B it doesn't start a new way, but instead seems to add a ""reverse segment"" to existing way Road1.  This is not what i expect."	defect	closed	major		Core		invalid
