4024	Georgian Language in JOSM	jeff.haack@…	team	Hey, we're doing a lot of work on OSM in Georgia, and there's a big problem with Georgian characters when running JOSM on windows.  Switching between languages I have had no problem with Arabic or Russian, but Georgian specifically does not work.  It comes out as empty boxes.  However there is no problem when running JOSM under Linux.  Is this a problem with JOSM or with Java?  Or with Windows?	enhancement	closed	normal		unspecified		invalid
