3799	Slippymap chooser in download dialog broken	mjulius	mjulius	"The slippymap chooser used to default to the current viewport in JOSM.  Since the r2328 snapshot (I believe) it only does that the first time after starting JOSM.  On subsequent downloads JOSM still defaults to download the current viewport, but, the slippymap chooser does not indicate that.
