Just tried to download the JOSM Windows Installer[1] as linked from [2], but only get a ""forbidden"" page.

Dirk responded: Building failed and until wednesday I have no time to fix it. I changed the link back to 1981.

This problem might be related to some changes to the installer code I did some weeks ago! Installer build works fine on my machine :-)
