-closing JOSM r2130 (javaw.exe has stopped probably)
-downloading and overwriting with the latest version
-starting the latest version
-validator failed start, deactivating
-switch to setting, load list, and updating plugins, readding validator
-file-> quit
-starting JOSM again errormessage 1 and 2 occours
-exiting JOSM
-javaw.exe is still running after one-two minutes, found out while try to remove validator-plugin-file manuell (windows blocking file renaming because it got still a handle)

I assume that the deactivation of the plugin failed and the file handle wasn't deleted probably after exiting the process doesn't terminated right."	defect	closed	normal		Core	latest	fixed
