3473	[PATCH] fix some bugs of ToggleDialog	bastiK	team	"How to reproduce:

* Delete (rename) preference file so you start witch default settings.[[BR]]
* Click on the little pin of a docked dialog to make it detached.[[BR]]

-> A tiny grey bar is displayed at the top left corner of the screen.

It is barely visible but can be resized.

-> When the Dialog is closed and opened again, it is back to the tiny size unless it was not only resized, but also moved.
