3430	Entering comment=* manually in the changeset tags dialog gets ignored	avarab@…	team	"When I add a ""comment"" tag manually to the changeset upload form (in ""Tags of new changeset"") it will be ignored and the comment entered in the ""Settings"" panel used instead.

It's a confusing edge case. But perhaps after #3422 it would be best to include a comment=* key by default in ""Tags of new changeset"" and update it if the version in Settings is changed, and vice-versa.

That way ""Tags of new changeset"" will always have an inclusive listing of the tags the changeset will get."	defect	closed	minor		Core	latest	fixed
