3334	Allow uploading without closing changeset	anonymous	team	"When doing some larger work (drawing many buildings from aerial imagery or doing some larger work), it is good to upload often (so you don't loose the data if something goes wrong), however this creates many changesets and clutters your history of uploads.

Ability to upload changes without closing changeset (and then closing it later) would be useful.
