3234	Update selection is broke for relations	Daeron	team	"If a incomplete relation is selected and update selection is invoked, only the nodes that are members of the relation and was just downloaded are shown. If the update selection is then invoked second time, all the nodes of the member ways are shown, but not the downloaded ways themselves.

The ways are tried to be downloaded, but they are marked incomplete. Maybe the data is downloaded in wrong order, or some other problem in the way the data is being downloaded?"	defect	closed	major		Core	latest	fixed
