3187	Feature request: coordinates also in degrees minutes	anonymous	team	"Currently the coordinates can be switched only between ""decimal degrees"" and ""degrees minutes seconds"".

I use the so called ""nautical format"", which is degrees minutes and fractions of minutes (e.g. 12°59.999') I request to have this setting also in the JOSM so I must not convert my coordinates with a calculator to the other format (mainly needed when entering POIs measured with my handheld GPS receiver).
