260	Reword save dialog	josm@…	josm@…	"I managed to create a new layer by accident (I didn't realize that), and it seemed to me that JOSM just lost all of its data, even though I could still undo/redo my changes (deelkar luckily hinted at the layer thing in IRC).

I would suggest to rename the text in the save dialog from something like ""Cannot save data"" to ""There is nothing to save on this layer"".
