24871	I can't download a new version of JOSM	wegavision	team	"I can't download a new version of JOSM. For the .exe file, the only option left is through the Windows Store. But when I go there, it only downloads the installer and opens the version I already have—version 19481.
I've tried this several times now, but I'm not getting anywhere. I also couldn't find a download option on GitHub at a glance.
