24854	Support exchanging way nodes via comfort0	aharvey	simon04	"In my mapping use case, I way A which I want to retain in OSM with full history, and way B which I want to delete from OSM, however I'd like way A to drop/delete all of it's original nodes, and instead use the nodes from way B.

In other words swap the geometry from way B to way A.

More Tools > Replace Geometry doesn't work since both ways are already in the database.

I thought I could do this with level0, just move the nodes from way B to way A and then delete the way A nodes, but,

1. when I did that, nothing happened
