24811	JOSM by double-clicking	anonymous	team	"Hello,

For about a week now, I haven't been able to launch JOSM by double-clicking. I always get the following error message:

- ""For security reasons, running the file '/home/xxx/JOSM/josm-tested.jar' has been blocked.""

Everything works perfectly when I run it from the command line using “java -jar josm-tested.jar”.
What could be causing this?
