Following the vote and approval of a recent proposal, a few more improvements are expected following #18267, #20270 and #22748.

It should consist in two main items:
* Extend `marker=*` preset with most suitable indication:* situations:
  * `indication:power=cable`
  * `indication:man_made=pipeline`
  * `indication:emergency=fire_hydrant`
* Deprecate `utility=hydrant`, replaced by `utility=water` + `indication:emergency=fire_hydrant`

Patch will follow as I am still working on #22748, both will be fixed at once.
