    H35 (35 MPa gaseous hydrogen) – typically for passenger cars
    H70 (70 MPa gaseous hydrogen) – typically for commercial vehicles
    LH2 (liquid hydrogen) – liquid form

It also reorganizes the gaseous fuels section, and removes duplicate payment card references from unrelated presets.
Payment cards have been expanded to include H2 Mobility Card and other relevant providers.

The XML was validated with xmllint and manually tested in JOSM without errors.
