24310	Draw trees plugin	aharvey	team	"It would be nice to have a draw trees plugin that allows you to select 2 points on the map (representing two opposite sides of the foliage) then the tool would find the midpoint, place a node along with `natural=tree` + `diameter_crown=*` based on the distance between the two points.

This could also also allow you to choose an existing `natural=tree` node, then choose two subsequent points to derive the crown diameter from.

It's quite similar to the existing BuildngsTools plugin with Circle mode, but it should only leave the midpoint not the circle way and add the derived width in meters.

This could be coupled with a mappaint style which renders a circle around the tree based on the `diameter_crown=*`"	enhancement	new	normal		Plugin
