But when geotagging a large number of images that have been taken along a route (think Mapillary, Panoramax) with missing geotags, one wants to first geotag a limited number of images at key locations (street corners), then interpolate the other images, make corrections to the location of another few photos, interpolate again, etc. This requires saving the geolocation of only the key photos, and only in the final step saving the remaining photos.

Some example logical locations for a ""Save"" button for a single image would be:
