1. add a new object
2. press Alt+A to add tag(s)
3. add e.g. amenity=bench and press Shift+Enter 
4. add direction as key and switch to e.g. a Weg Browser to read the wiki about the meaing of this tag 

==== What is the expected result?
JOSM (and the Add Tag dialog) are minimized and the Web Browser Window is shown 
==== What happens instead?
The Add Tag dialog is shown on top of the browser window and when I close it my previously made edits are lost.
==== Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
This only seems to happen with the ""Add Tag"" dialog (or ""Change Tag?"" in case of modification), not with other popup dialogs.
