231	Popup dialogs waste space	framm	josm@…	Popup dialogs (the ones that sit on the right and may be detached) take too much screen real estate. They should at least be resizable (in height) while docked; maybe a completely different solution can be found. You only ever work with two or three at the same time but you tend not to close the unneeded ones because that takes too much effort (and they may later re-open in a different position).
