This would be really useful and is officially documented (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Drecycling). 

Expected behaviour: 
Checkbox that adds or removes location=underground

Current behaviour:
No preset support. 
One has to know about location=underground, probably look it up on the wiki again how it was written exactly and then tag it manually.
