it would be very nice, if we could hide/show elements with a set of layers.

The layers could be defined by a set of tags and should be able to modify.
Also the Layer should have 3 display-stats: show, hide, exclusiv
- show: elements on this layer are displayed
- hide: elements on this layer are hided
- exclusiv: elements on this layer are displayed but nothing else

Example:
Layer Empty: Only elements with no tags
Layer All kind of wayes: highway:track OR highway:residential OR highway:secondary OR (and so on)
Layer No adresses: no tag addr:postcode AND no tag addr:street AND (and so on)
Layer Areas: Closed Elements
Layer Hided Elements (default hide): Elements can added (maybe by ID) to this Layer by Context-Menu HIDE
