1. Install JOSM development on Manjaro Linux KDE Edition
2. Do something that opens a pop-up (like trying to delete a member of a relation)
3. Buttons do not load until you hover with mouse.

Buttons would load immediatly

Nothing loads in the message box until the mouse hovers
