22558	Why does JOSM no longer mark the boundary of the area downloaded with hash bars?	sainokawara.sisyphus@…	team	I almost positive JOSM used to mark the boundary of the downloaded area with hash bars.  Now the it doesn't, I accidentally added duplicate objects which were not displayed because they were outside the downloaded area.  Can this feature be restored so we don't accidentally stray outside the downloaded boundary?  I am not suggesting that objects not be uploaded if they are outside this displayed boundary because I do that often, especially with very large ways.
