22551	Plugins disappear seemingly at random on restart	watmildon	team	"Some users across the OSM Slack and Discord have reported losing all of their plugins after starting JOSM. The plugins can be recovered by redownload. The cause is completely unclear at this time and may not be a JOSM issue but I figured it would be easier to collection information here until we can determine either way. I have not experienced the issue myself.
