22449	Need upside down base layer map	kate@…	team	"Hi, I'm new here and not sure who sees this but I bet someone can facilitate. 
For map-based project, I need to rotate the map 180 degrees. Ideally all labeling does NOT rotate, so can still be read on screen. This is sometimes known as a ""South up map"". Happy to explain more. The platform is Omeka S using their map plugin. 
Can anyone help?
