2240	[Patch] First segment of way sometimes not drawn	singularita	xeen	"With newest JOSM, the drawing handling seems to have one bug.

How to reproduce:

Turn off ""modeless (potlatch style)"" in settings.
Turn on ""rubber-band helper line"" setting.

Press A or N (Mode:Draw) to start drawing.
Draw a rectangle by clicking 4 points somewhere, then click first to close it. Once you close the rectangle, the rubber-band helperline disappear, indicating the way to be closed (as it was in previous JOSM versions).

Now press ""U"" to unselect the way. 

Click on the node that was last clicked on (the first and also last node of the rectangle) to start drawing a way from that corner - rubber-band helper line appears. Start clicking anywhere outside the rectangle to draw some way - when you click for the first time, the first way segment is not drawn, further segments are drawn normally.

In previous JOSM versions unselecting the drawn closed way was enough to start drawing another way from the point in which the last way was closed. Now it does not work.
