2212	can't edit over 180th meridian	rvollmert@…	team	"JOSM currently treats the 180th meridian as the end of the world, making it difficult to edit data like http://openstreetmap.org/browse/way/31254026 . Disregarding the poles, JOSM should treat the world as a cylinder, not as a rectangle.

Note that the API doesn't currently support map calls that cross the 180th meridian, which could be a problem with seamless support.

I'd class it as a defect, but feel free to change to enhancement.
