2206	Need alternative pan keystrokes	anonymous	team	"JOSM provides a facility for configuring keystrokes for just about everything except panning the map (up/down/left/right).
I find the current setting (ctrl-Arrow) annoying as I've used
this for switching desktops for years and I can't get used to
the temporary setting that I've had to employ to get access
to the JOSM keystrokes. Please, could these be included in the
configuration options.
