1. Click on the offered preset in properties panel

An individual preset offering some additional tags, especially `construction=*`

`landuse=construction` has an own preset with only `name=*` as option and an individual preset for `building=construction` is missing, completely.

`landuse=construction`: [osmwiki:Tag:landuse=construction OSM-Wiki], [taginfo:tags/landuse=construction taginfo]
