20683	Attempt at upload freezes JOSM and is forced to end by killing task	nimbinOSM	nimbinOSM	"==== What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using version 17580 on Windows 10 modify road tags and adding sidewalks to Vejlby Centervej in Aarhus, Denmark.  
2. After finishing the edits I click upload which freezes the entire JOSM entirely.
3. Is forced to close JSOM using Task manager.

==== What is the expected result?
That it didn't freeze and simply uploaded the changes.
==== What happens instead?
JSOM freezes completely making any further interactions impossible.
