Dwonload some area, (manually) download Mapillary images. 2. Set filter ""not older than one year"". 3. In another area, download Mapillary images again. These steps might have nothing to do with the slowdown reason, though. JOSM got terribly slow, and Mapillary images (the green circles) appeared one by one about once per second.
