2019	[PATCH] bbox download selection overwrites my paste buffer when I paste an URL	avarab@…	framm	"When I try to download map data in JOSM with the ""Bounding box"" feature under X the following happens.

 1. Select an URL in my browser to paste to JOSM
 2. Go to ""Bounding box"" selection
 3. Select the ""You can paste an URL here to download the area"" text area
 4. The text in the ""You can paste an URL here to download the area"" text area gets selected, overwriting my selection
 5. I erase the existing ""You can paste an URL here to download the area"" text
 6. Repeat steps 1-2 and this time successfuly paste text in the form

The attached patch moves the descriptive text out of the text box and into the dialog above it, solving this annoying issue under X."	enhancement	closed	minor		Core	latest	duplicate
