This patch adds four (`carports`, `garage_boxes`, and `sheds` have been approved since 2009 and are in use, and `parking=street_side` is a newly approved tag-value).
        
For `parking=street_side` a separate preset is introduced in this patch where the `parking:orientation` tag can be set. This tag is not relevant for other parking-types, hence the separate preset.
