19938	relation editor tabs for parents and children are not updated	GerdP	team	"Follow up of #19920
The relation editor needs a lot changes reg. the GUI:
- the ""Child Relations"" tab is not updated when the relation is changed inside the relation editor
- the ""Parent Relations"" tab is not updated when the parents of the relations are changed outside of the editor, also the ""Refresh"" button is not enabled
- I think the ""Parent Relations"" tab should show a text which tells the user that the ""Reload"" button should be used first.
- buton ""Download All Children"" should only be enabled when there are child relations"	defect	new	normal		Core	latest
