19779	Add fuctionality to allow saving user workspace	AlaskaDave	team	"Let's say I have my JOSM editing space configured exactly the way I like it. Then, during an editing session a new window opens that disturbs that setup, for example, if the Conflict window appears. This will often change the display size of the various windows I already have open and it takes a few moments to realign and adjust those other windows. Then after dismissing the Conflict window, those other windows need to be adjusted again.

It would be nice if there were a Save Workspace as ""MyWorkSpace"" command that worked in conjunction with a Reload Workspace ""MyWorkSpace"". That way my preferred window arrangement could be easily restored or reset.
