1. I do not need the java-fx plugin as
 * I do not need the features.
 * I have java-fx installed on the OP system.
1. I disabled java-fx support in preferences

An option to disable java-fx completely (not loading at startup)

The java-fx plugin is still loaded on startup

Even better would be an option have java-fx only as recommended and not required, to be able to uninstall it.
Performance is one of the reasons and another is #19305 but there are probably more. Thanks
