19524	Syntax checks for external rules	skyper	stoecker	"If I edit an external preset I get a nice warnings about missing revision macros but if I forget the complete meta block in an external rule I do not get a warning. Did not test styles.

Please, could we have the same/similar checks for rules (and styles) like the ones for external presets.
