1. Use sample ""city.osm"" and create a duplicate of it (Actually I was working with some other layers not a duplicate)
2. In filter panel, I used this filter:

3. Switch to the other layer. Filter will be applied on city node in this layer, too.
4. Disable filter or close the panel. All fine.
