1. open presets' preferences through Presets menu -> Preset preferences
1. delete all active presets on right side
1. save and close preferences

Presets menu still available and only ""Preset preferences"" item active.

Presets menu completely hidden.

Similar is the situation without data layer. There the presets menu is visible but deactivated instead of active menu and all items, but ""Search preset..."" and ""Preset preferences"", disabled.

Without selection all presets and could be rather deactivated than presenting a warning when chosen.
