1. Add the Norway Ortophoto
2. Right-click with hold and try to move the view

The view-port is moved in response to mouse-movement.

Occasionally, the context menu for the imagery layer is shown instead of moving the view. This happens 1 out of maybe 12 such moves.

The context-menu is also sometimes shown after having moved the view.

I have attached a video showing the behavior.

I do not know if it is related, but I have the problem on both Windows and Linux machines. Both running 3x 4k monitors. The specific setup I am using in the video is Windows with using 150% scaling set using the Windows provided Display dialog.

The context-menu is shown even though I am still holding down the right button on my mouse.
